Kimberly Accardi was raised in Snellville and now calls Flowery Branch home, bringing the kind of local knowledge you just can’t Google. With almost a decade in real estate and a Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University, she takes a thoughtful, strategic approach to every client and home. Kimberly has been married to her college sweetheart, Richard, for 14 years, and they have four children. She’s also an active advocate for the foster care community. Her long-term real estate goal? Retire on Lake Como, next door to George Clooney, where she’s pretty sure birds are less frightening.
