Known throughout the area as the “Realtor with the Hat,” Alan Daniel has been a trusted figure in Gwinnett County and the greater Atlanta metro area for years. He began his career in the mortgage industry in 2002 before moving into real estate sales in 2009, and that background gives him a deeper understanding of financing, negotiations, and long-term planning. He has since helped thousands of buyers and sellers across Georgia.
Much of Alan’s business today focuses on baby boomers, seniors, and longtime homeowners navigating downsizing, relocation, retirement moves, or probate. “A lot of the people I work with are going through important changes in life,” he said, “and they need someone they can trust.” Clients describe him as responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure. His approach is simple: answer the phone, communicate clearly, and put relationships before transactions. He has earned the Five Star Professional Award for customer service eight years in a row and Best of Gwinnett recognition from 2020 through 2024.
His signature fedora began as a health precaution after he faced melanoma twice, and it has since become a familiar symbol in the community he has called home since 1976.
